Work From Home

my dad has his own business doing paralegal work…he has an actual storefront…not working out of his garage or something. i was thinking about starting a cell phone business since he has a lot of downtime and I can use a small section of his store to sell phones. best part is free rent so i have no overhead. the thing is I am only 18 so i don’t have much cash, maybe 1200 right now in the bank. is that enough to open a contract and sell phones?

I’ve been looking into Avon and think it would be a great way to earn extra income, but I’m scared I’ll be in over my head with a newborn and my own business. Has anyone else done this? Did it work?
