Write nutrition based articles and submit them to sites like. Keep them non-product specific so other sites may pick them up and use them on their websites. Join forums and ask questions to become an “expert” in your field where people will want to seek you out when they are ready to move forward with their health. BLOG, BLOG, BLOG!!!

well you can do that by purchase a space online to do the advertising also you can go to one of the big famous websites that most of the people go over there
like Facebook or myspace…
