This depends on what kind of crowd your trying to attract. Do you want the cyber crowd or the single crowd? If your looking for singles post your ads in the personals of your local newspaper, or the page closest to it.
If it’s the cyber crowd try advertising in a computer magazine!
And how’s the Atmosphere !
Too dark? Too Bright? No music? Music? Music too loud?Chairs uncomfortable?
Finally do a survey with your current customers, asking them what they would like to see improved. oh and make it a short survey, most people get turned off by anything that is long and time consuming when they are trying to relax or have fun.

promote legitmate small businesses.

Make a list of the 10 most spectacular web pages to visit.
Elaborate a secret recipe of a delicious sandwich, cake or something like that to offer.
Make a Friend“s Club, were they could share who they are, what they like, etc.
Have some copyes of the main business newspapers in town.
New policy, always smile to clients. If you can, remember their names and preferences.
Give some shiatsu or some kind of massage.
Chose a kind of client and try to satisfy him.
People is always emotional, satisfy any emotional need. Example: recognition, to be secure, to be part of a group, etc.
