In this economy, I’m trying to make a second income. What do you think of my ideas?
Peyronius asked:
I’m trying to be enterprising, and I live on 15 acres in sunny Templeton, CA amongst vineyards and orchards. I started my own garden cultivating catnip, lavender, rosemary, and some other things… I’m going to make lavender rosemary soap, and sell my catnip with my own brand on ebay. Do you think these items will generate interest?

It very well may, give it a shot.
It is people like you who take some risk to make a profit for their family is what makes this country work.

I think that’s a really neat idea! If you promote it as a luxury item, you’ll do great.
This next one is a little out-there, but with that much land you could do something like berry picking or grow-your-own farming.
Good luck!

You are a hard working person.
Yes those items will generate interest but it is like with anything else when somebody tells me: “I make the best soap, sausage, bread, syrup, (you add your own) in the world.”
My question is: “Who knows about it?” Providing you implement appropriate and effective marketing methods, you will be successful. And by the way, economy is GLOBAL and better than ever and people everywhere in the world can and will enjoy your product.
Just stop watching CNN (Conditioning Network for Nitwits) and you will realize there is more opportunities to make significant and above average income than there ever was in the history of your country.
