All of these sites are free to join. And I have learned from experience: Never join a site that asks for an up front fee. If they were doing that good, they wouldn’t need to charge you.

i went to a one day seminar at a hotel and paid like 100.00 dollars to become a notary–so all i do is meet with people and have them sign documents when they’re refinancing a home or getting a second mortgage -takes about an hour with them ,get paid between 100-250 per signing ,in my state i paid about another 200 for licensing and i had to by a lazer printer(so printouts wont smear if they get wet)i should also add this is in the USA, here is a link to the national page,they also gave the seminar—they make money off the items you need to notarise documents but you can buy some of the stuff cheaper elsewhere
