4 unit building. Looking for ideas to increase income?

I have a 4 unit building in Bridgeport, MI. In the basement I have half the basement as storage units as well as a coin-op washer and dryer. The other half of basement is completely empty. Any ideas on what I might to the other side to increase my income from the property? Or any other ideas to increase income from the property? Thanks for any help

   short of a slot machine it is only storage space and there is plenty of high and dry spaces for rent now.

   I don’t want this to sound trashy, but if the basement is a community area where everyone has access, maybe a drink machine or vending machine. That could be very profitable. I live in a larger apartment complex and we have a drink machine in the laundry room as well. I use it all the time, it is very convenient and a good idea.
