if i file chapter 13 bankruptcy, will the trustee take away any extra income after i filed?
waterbear1 asked:
before filing, the lawyer has to submit my debt and income to the trustee, so they can figure out my payments. but what if after filing i get a second job or work extra days at my current job; would the trustee take that out later too? or will he only take out what he figured when i filed. thanks!

Any income that is received up to 2 months after you file is property of the trustee in the bankruptcy case.

waterbear1, I got into a lot of financial trouble in the past. I really wish I contacted a lawyer before I filed for bankruptcy. Now it will take me 10 years to rebuild my credit. I recommend you find a lawyer to help you.
