I have a full time job, but do you know any ways to earn extra income?

I would love to have some part time job that I can do after I get off work. Not necessarily the traditional type job… one where maybe I can work from home or only on occasions.

Such as realtor, work from home typing or preparing documents, etc… Where can I find information for the Chattanooga TN area.

Also, can you make any suggestions on how I can just have a little extra income?

   WHat are your hobbies? What things do you enjoy doing? Think about how you can create a job from this interest. For example, if you’re good with computers or cars you can get into part-time jobs this way. Check your local Classifieds in the newspaper. Look into Census jobs….I’ve seen advertisments for this and I’m only a half hour from Chattanooga. How about delivering pizzas?
   Maybe you could become a seller on Ebay…offer folks a flat fee for anything you sell for them.

   realtor – you could wind up working 100′s of hours before getting your first sale and it;s really not part-time work

   create a product or service you can market part-time or on the internet – I have two total separate lines of products I developed over many years – I’ll never get rich from them nor will they support me full time, but I made $1500 or so net cash flow/profit last year with very few hours actually worked – basically just the time it took to assemble and mail each order, so I probably easily made $15/hr
