I had a friend recommend Cycled Cells. After checking around the web and visiting the different sites, I decided to go with Cycled Cells because they offered the most $$, and the process was really simple.
I sold them my two BlackBerrys and iPhone 3G with a cracked screen.
Not only did they give me a great deal on the BlackBerrys, they gave me a ton of money for my iPhone even though it was broken.

I would say Craigslist in your hometown. It may be a hassle in some ways, but it seems easier than eBay.
I have heard of Cycled Cells, though. Might be worth checking in to.
Hope you get them sold. I hear the new iPhone 3Gs is pretty sweet.
