u buy these cash cards that u go and set up an account on the internet and that is how u pay for ur minutes.
u pay cash for these cards thats what they mean buy paying cash.
but do it cause u can dont sneek behind ur parents back, itll end up badly

Hi, a pre-paid phone just means that you can buy minutes through a card you get at any store like wal-mart and load the code from the card into the phone and you get minutes.
To buy one, go to wal-mart and head over to the electronics area and they have special section for prepaid phones. They have the phones and the cards to go along with it!
It’s pretty simple but can be expensive if you talk a lot. minutes can cost as much as $30 for 200 minutes with some companies

Yes you can buy your own phone with cash. A prepaid phone is a phone that doesn’t have a contract and that you buy phone card minutes for. You should get a Tracfone. They sell them at Wal-mart, Target, and even the Dollar Store. They are only 9.99 for a regular one, and 10 dollars more for a flip phone.You can buy minute cards for your phone they range from 19.99 to 99.99 .

it all depends on what service you want AT&T, T-MOBILE,VERIZON …ECT
but this is how it works, if you would like to buy a phone in cash you can at like wal-mart,target,radio shack…places like that
i have att prepaid, and usually if you buy a $20 pre paid phone you get free $10 towards your phone
so when you run out of minutes you go buy a prepaid card (which you can pay in for cash) for $15,$25,$50 and so on different company’s have different amounts
then you call the number on the card, put the code in and they add the money to your phone
for att its like 10 cent a minute to talk to someone, if your talking to someone on the same company as you its free. for text messages its 15 cent for 1 message meaning they will charge 15 cent to send one and 15 cent to receive one
but att has packages which i get, for text you can just buy 200,1000, or Unlimited text messages, for 200 its $4.99….. i get 1000 which is 9.99 but the time you do the math its way cheaper then paying 15 cent per message, i also get the free nights and weekend packages where you can talk to anyone for free after 9 and on weekends that’s 19.99
and each time you add money if you hit the $100 amount they will give you a $15 bonus
you wont get bills, all you have to do is buy the phones cards and add them that’s it
