   you can’t do cash but you can do check. although that also depends on whether you have a pre paid phone or a contracted plan. if you do a prepaid then you just have to pay for the cards but if its contracted then you get the bill sent to your house and you can send them a check.

   Depends on the company…some do both, some take just credit cards….you should call or contact whomever you have service through.

   at+t—cash, credit, check (last time I checked)
   ntelos—cash, credit, check (last time I checked)
   Sprint—cash, credit, check (last time I checked)
   Only one’s I know off the top of my head
