Why I’m asking this,because I sent my cell phone Samsung SGH T-809 to them. In about 2 weeks I got email from them saying that they received only charger/the phone was missing. and a package itself was unsealed. I hardly believe it is true. Did anyone happen to have any business with them?

   I looked at the site. It looks kinda fake. I would’ve read more on them. Also if you would’ve put it on eBay you coulda made way more money. So either the shipping was wrong, it was a scam, or you only sent the charger! lol just kidding about the last one

   Hello,

   I have used them before. I send used phones from the IT department where I work. I have also collected a fair amount of money from them. Did you ask them to provide evidence that the package was opened like a picture or anything similar? It seems that with the post office stuff opens or gets damaged all the time. I know in their terms it mentions something about insuring your stuff before sending in case something like this should happen. I don’t insure because the phones aren’t mine…write back and ask for evidence. Good luck!
