I dont want to say “yes, you can do it with cash” cause i dont want to be wrong, but i just dont see why you wouldnt be able to (doesnt make sense) If all fails however, get yourself a prepaid Visa or Mastercard … you know, the ones that are sold at Targets and Walmarts or pharrnacy stores.
