Yes, if you sell it on original papers. Keep the duplicate (or xerox copy) papers of the transaction, for your safety (very important) The original paper must show the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identification) number, which you can also get from the handset screen. by typing *#06#
Do not sell the SIM (Subscriber Identification Module/Mobile) card in case of post-paid system of payment, surrender it to your service provider, on document, with a written application / request for termination of connection. Else you will keep getting the bills! In case of prepaid card also, don’t give away your card, as you could get into other legal implications.

there is a place on the Internet, but its really not worth it…just a few bucks…they only wants the latest models…just sell it to the highest bidder on eBay…
