Can I receive cash for signing up a cell phone contract?

My cell phone contract expired so i’m looking to switch and sign a new contract. I have an unlocked phone which I bought from online. So I don’t need to receive a free phone.

I know cell phone carriers pay around $200 if you sign a new contract with them and it goes toward the new phone. I’m thinking about signing a 2 year contract with AT&T.

Can anyone tell me how much I could get for signing a 2-year contract without getting a phone from them?
Can you recommend any dealer?

I found one dealer that will pay me $145 but I think that’s about the price i can get for signing a 1-year contract.
