I think you can i could pay my orange bill at an orange store i just took the bill in and paid it in cash if not you can use someones card to pay it and give them the cash. This was in the UK though
Yes you can. A money order works as well, but paying at the store it will post to your account right away.
P.S. I work for the company, pay at the store its easier that way
